Behigamlak provides the following services:

• AI-powered legal research tools
• Document generation and management
• Case management system
• Legal assistant AI chat

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Respect the rights of other users
• Maintain attorney-client confidentiality

Lawyers registering on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate license information
• Comply with professional ethics rules
• Respond promptly to clients
• Provide quality legal services
• Pay platform commission fees

Payment terms:

• Payments are made in ETB (Birr)
• Telebirr, CBE Birr, Amole, and bank transfer accepted
• Consultation fees are paid before consultation
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Receipts provided for tax purposes

Behigamlak is not liable for:

• Legal advice provided by lawyers
• Outcomes of legal cases
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Events beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

You can close your account:

• At any time through settings
• By contacting support

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of terms
• Fraud or misuse
• Government request

We may update these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• We will notify you by email
• We will update the effective date
• Continued use after changes means acceptance
